To the Piehl family, we are so sorry to hear of you loss. He was quite the guy, he was our son's hero when he was 2 years old and got so excited to see Willard working in front of the house. Rocky has a lot of memories when he and Lonnie ran hard in the 'hood. Such a blessing this family has lived under this great patriarch of a man and we all were happy to know him.

Jean and Family - So sorry!! Jean, you and Willard sure did your job in raising absolutely stellar children! Willard knew what a great wife he had, what good kids he had, what a good career he had. We all only hope to realize that success in our lifetime! Wow, 64 years - all those memories & stories which I know you will find solace in. Thanks for entrusting his care to us - we all loved him!! Teri

Knowing Willard was a genuine pleasure and privilege. He was an absolutely first-rate human being. His sense of humor was subtle, but that twinkle in eyes was heartwarming. Can't help but think of all the many times I had to smile at the cocked cap on his head and the crooked grin on his face. Rest in peace, Willard - you did make the world around you a better place!
