Melanie Lynn Taylor-Nuss, 37 of Sandpoint, ID, got her angel wings on Sunday January 10, 2021. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 21, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at the Lakeview Funeral Home in Sandpoint. The family is asking that masks be worn, social distancing practiced and to please wear something comfortable and colorful.

She was born on July 3, 1983 in San Diego, CA. She was known for her big heart and selflessness. She was kind, loving, an amazing mom, loved adventures, and had always seemed to make friends in the strangest places. She was very outgoing, and would always tell you the truth whether you wanted to hear it or not. She had always made sure that her kids knew that she loved them, even though she had a hard time showing it. She will truly be missed by all her family and friends and never forgotten.

She is survived by her 4 children, Liz and her fiancé Aaron and daughter Riley of Snyder, TX, Tanner Williams of Denver, CO, Payton Taylor of Prescott, AZ and daughter Kamiah Nuss of Priest River, ID.
