Although I didn’t know him well, I could sense the love and caring through the eyes and writing of his loving wife Rhoda. I have faith that he rests in peace and the best of memories.

The world has lost a wonderful man - Sandy was a great husband to sweet Rhoda, and a great dad and stepdad to his children. We miss him greatly. Sending all our love to Rhoda, Desi, Jenny and the rest of the family.

Sandy Dad helped me and the kids move from Olympia, WA, to Sandpoint Idaho. He rescued me when the truck broke down in the middle of nowhere (hauling a tired horse), helped fix a hole in the floor, took my kids on trips to the Mohave desert. Although he could be a bit grumpy at times, he was always there to help out. I will always remember going fishing with him on the boat, with Scruffy the dog at the helm drooling on everybody. You are missed, Sandy Dad.
